I recently moved from Connecticut to upstate New York, and I was very insecure about hiring a moving company, because I heard many horror stories. I decided to go with Castle Express because they had generally favorable reviews and I was very happy about it. The move went extremely smoothly. The tru...

They showed up late, smelled like weed and damaged the house and the furniture while moving. They also charged us double what they estimated and are holding our furniture hostage in their warehouse and won't allow the new company to finish the job because they say they used their blankets to cover t...

They came recommended from a friend who knows the owner. Glad I took his recommendation. Their movers took great care in getting our large and HEAVY furniture our of our 2nd floor walkup apartment. They were prompt and friendly. The time it took was only slightly longer than the original quote. I'd...

Greg and Chris were top notch. They spent longer than they planned for doing big pieces for us including down 3 flights of stairs with no elevator. They were patient , professional and made our move great ! Thanks again

I have used Castle Express moving several times. When they say they're your movers for life, they mean it. I even had them pick up a car's transmission for me. No move is too big or small they handle it all. Joe and his team are always amazing and professional. Great prices and as repeat customer, I...

They damaged at lot of my furniture and the men had a terrible attitude. Some of the crew were downright nasty. They were not prepared, for eample, their drill had no battery charge for re assembling a bed frame. The men didn't seem strong enough to lift some of my furniture. They ripped the unders...

Castle Express Moving & Storage was the company I chose for my move because they were highly recommended by Heirloom Flats where I was living & I was not disappointed at all. The crew did an awesome job - they were open & friendly as well as hard working & how quickly they packed the truck. But the...

The crew were great. They took all precautions not to damage anything and were very kind and considerate. The three gentlemen were an excellent representative of your company. If we need movers, you are definitely the company to call. Thank you!

Moved my entire 1,800 square foot apartment I wanna say in less than two hours (home to storage down the road). This included many solid wood pieces of furniture, over 30 boxes and more furniture! The movers were professional and polite. They were helpful as well, my dresser mirror was not properly...

I’ve moved a couple times and always trust Castle Express to make sure everything gets transferred smoothly. There’s nothing worse than the added stress of moving everything yourself, these guys came in and moved my entire house in 4 hours when it would’ve taken me a few days. I highly recommend the...
