Marie's Movers

This was our fourth time using Marie’s Movers and they continue to excel. Kind and courteous to us, willing to go out of their way the whole time. Very careful with our belongings always. Hoping not to need to move again but if we do, we know who to contact.

Thank you, Marie’s Movers, for your excellent services and staff in past years and currently. We are the New Start Ministry organization that provides resettlement assistance for legal refugees in our area. Not only has Jim, owner of Marie’s Movers provided free moving services to our organization f...

We had the great fortune of having this company recommended to us and could not be happier with the 4 gentlemen who moved us today ! They were professional respectful hardworking and took great care of our belongings and furnishings ! We would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone in need of pro...

Marie’s Movers was recommended by a friend. I used them twice and both times were wonderful. I moved into/out of an apartment with 3 flights of scary outdoor concrete stairs (my new place doesn’t have stairs thankfully). The crew leader (Glen) was amazing on packing the truck (it was like a giant/he...

I am very pleased to recommend Marie's Movers as they are an incredible team who provide excellent service. Earlier this year my wife and I hired Marie's for four moves, as we moved out of prior home and moved half its contents into storage and the other half into a rental while our new forever home...

Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Marie’s Movers. Nicest office staff and crew. Was so easy to book my move and everything worked out so easily on move day. I am a repeat customer. I’ve used them to move one piece of furniture I purchased and an apartment move.

We recently hired Marie's Movers for a move from NY to CT, helping my elderly parents transition from their home of 52 years into assisted living. From start to finish, they were absolutely incredible! Suzanne was wonderful from the very first phone call—kind, attentive, and thorough in scheduling...

Marie’s movers were excellent to work with. Crew leader, Glenn along with his crew Frank and Anur. Made the move very easy. From the first phone call to get a price to meeting Spencer to assess the move details to the day of the move. highly recommend all of them

I can't say enough good things about Marie's Movers. They were wonderful. They scheduled my move quickly and efficiently and both Glen and Denzel were excellent. They were professional and prompt and knowledgeable and transported my furniture quickly and safely. They worked well together as a team a...

Great company from soup to nuts!! Glen and Frank were nothing short of AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond and made a very difficult situation a lot easier than it would have been without them! I can't rave enough about them or your company. I also referred a friend of mine who has an upcoming mov...

Unbelievable service from this company on every front. From the initial contact to the day of the move with crew leader Glenn, and his staff, Mike and Tyler. They were courteous, fast, professional and overall incredibly thoughtful and efficient--the least stressful part of the selling and buying pr...

I have moved many times over the years, nationally and internationally and worked with many moving companies. Marie's Movers moved me this weekend and it was the best moving experience I've had. They were friendly, professional, knowledgable, careful with my belongings and reasonably priced. Den...

Marie's Movers was excellent - we moved from Brooklyn to Connecticut, and it was absolutely seamless top to bottom. They accommodated 2 pick ups in Brooklyn (apartment and storage unit), had the best attitude (relaxed, efficient, and focused), and were considerate with our belongings. The ultimate...

Believe me when I say there's truly no reason to use anyone other than this moving company. Hands down they are the best, most reliable, most honest movers we've ever used. We're in our 60's, have lived in many cities and have moved many times. We've never experienced a move like our last one with M...

I called Marie's Movers hoping that the glowing reviews I read were true... they were!!! Because we had recently had wood floors installed, 75% of our furniture was crammed into a back bedroom. Not only did they make short work of redistributing a ton of furniture, they also put my bed together quic...

Had them move me from southbury area to greater Boston. Weather forecast for initial move day was dicey so they called me and asked to reschedule . I was going to call them and they beat me to it. They came on time. Crew was neat courteous and polite and very professional. Move was done in a timely...

Moving is stressful. Leaving a situation where the landlord is about to be in foreclosure and told several times to have a backup plan. Finally found a place, landlord made the stress even worse because I was leaving. Marie's Movers were great. They came to my place to see what I had and what I want...

I cannot say enough good about Jim and his crew! Jim really goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth move for his customers whether it's local or long distance. He does a lot of work in Heritage Village including clear outs when a resident moves, down sizes or in the event of the need will also do e...

All I can say is thank goodness I found Marie's Movers. This experience was so wonderful that I'm actually writing from my thankfully empty uhaul truck after they completed a last minute SAME DAY unloading job for me. My original movers bailed last minute in a Friday leaving me with a 20ft truck fil...

I just had Marie's Movers move me across town. The owner came out the week before to give an estimate. He was polite and informative. Today the three man crew showed up this morning right at 9 like promised. They got right to work, they moved so quickly and quietly I was shocked when just an hour an...
